Thank you
for giving me the opportunity to share the experiences I have had
with Dr. Bales' office.
Once
deciding to explore the option of straightening my teeth, I
contacted Dr. Bales' office, the orthodontist recommended to me by
my dentist. Christine took my enquiring call and not only booked me
an appointment for a consultation but also had information out in
the mail for me the very same day. I will say that when Christine
answers the phone you can actually hear the smile in her
voice.
Dr.
Bales' office respects people's time. I have never waited past my
appointment time to be called in and tended to. I am in and out in
a very timely manner. The follow up call from the technician a day
or two after the top brackets were put on was a very nice
touch.
If ever I
have been concerned about a bracket or a wire, I only need to call
and an appointment has been offered (for usually the same
day).
I am only
six months into my treatment but because of the comforting and
understanding staff at Dr. Bales' office I have never regretted
deciding to proceed.

Our
children, Kurt (16) and Lorelle (18) have been receiving
orthodontic care from Dr. Bales since 2005. In fact, the braces
have recently been removed and their smiles look great. Dr. Bales
and his team provide high quality client service. The team is very
accommodating to scheduling special request appointments for braces
adjustments.
Kurt and
Lorelle have always been given straight up answers on what needs to
be done and why. Overall, we notice and appreciate this 'no
surprises' approach to the business.
We would
recommend Dr. Bales and his team, without reservation, to other
families who deserve top-notch care. Keep up the great

I am
writing to express my sincere appreciation for all that your office
has done for our daughter and the great care that our daughter has
received from the staff at your office. Our experience has been
amazing. Whenever we couldn't make our appointment, your office
always did their best to get us in when it was convenient for us.
When my daughter had a loose bracket you always fit us in
without us having to wait too long. My daughter will soon be
getting her braces off. We are very excited for this to happen
however, we are also somewhat saddened by this as we will not be
seeing your friendly faces as often. Once again I would like to
