Meet the Team

Here is Dr. Bales and his Team with Anthony Iacopino, the Dean from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. 

Faye  

Faye is a Level II Dental Assistant, certified in orthodontics from Red River Community College. She has over twenty five years experience and enjoys working closely with our patients. Faye finds it very rewarding to see their happy smiles. Faye is very confident with your choice of "Braces by Bales" and looks forward to helping you achieve your perfect smile.

Nicole

Nicole has been a Certified Dental Assistant for almost twenty years. She has worked with Dr. Bales for the last five years. Nicole really loves seeing the amazing transformation of crooked to straight! She enjoys getting to know her patients and their parents.

Tracy  

Tracy has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant with Dr. Bales for 9 years.She has 8 years previous dental experience. Tracy received her Level II dental assisting diploma from Keewatin Community College and her orthodontic training in Winnipeg. Tracy enjoys her job as the end result is a rewarding smile.

Sue

Sue has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 10 years.She graduated from Keewatin Community College and received her Orthodontic module at Red River Community College.  She is very happy to work with Dr. Bales and his super team! Sue looks forward to seeing her past patients and getting to know her new ones.

Deidre

Deidre is our receptionist. Deidre has been with us since May 2008. It is her face that greets you as you walk in the door. Deidre loves helping our patients  book their appointments. She is learning the process of braces just like our patients and finds it all fascinating and exciting.

Kerri is currently on maternity leave. 

Kerri works as one of our receptionists. She graduated from Keewatin Community College in 2001 as a Level II Dental Assistant. Kerri is excited to be a member of Dr. Bales' team and enjoys watching the patients smile transformation. 

Brenda

Brenda is our Lab Technician. She pours the impressions and creates the retainers. She looks forward to many years with Dr. Bales and his caring staff, tracking the progress of patients smiles.

Jenna

We welcome Jenna to our team. Jenna graduated from Red River College in Winnipeg where she received her Dental Assisting Diploma. Jenna loves seeing happy smiles from our patients, as well as the drastic change from before treatment to after. 

Shanley

Shanley is a 2010 Graduate from the Dental Assisting program at Red River College in Winkler. She looks forward to learning more about orthodontics and is very exited to be working with Dr. Bales and his fabulous team. Shanley enjoys watching the transformations from begininning to end and the patients' happy smiles. 

Donna  

Donna is our Business Manager. Donna has 20 years management experience and it is her job to ensure that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.  Donna has a diploma in Business Administration from Assiniboine Community College where she graduated with honours.  Donna focuses on practice management, community relations and developing new business for the practice.
