Our Team

Christine has been a Certified Dental Assistant for the past Christine (Bales).jpg 23 years. She has worked in orthodontic offices for twenty of those years. Christine moved here from Thunder Bay, Ontario, three years ago and was lucky enough to be hired as a receptionist by Dr. Bales to work with his great team. Christine is the first smiling face you will see when you walk into our office.

Faye

Faye is a Level II Dental Assistant, certified in orthodontics from Red River Community College. She has over twenty five years experience and enjoys working closely with our patients. Faye finds it very rewarding to see their happy smiles. Faye is very confident with your choice of "Braces by Bales" and looks forward to helping you achieve your perfect smile.

Nicole

Nicole has been a Certified Dental Assistant for almost Web site Nicole.jpg twenty years. She has worked with Dr. Bales for the last five years. Nicole really loves seeing the amazing transformation of crooked to straight! She enjoys getting to know her patients and their parents.

Morgan

Morgan has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2005 and has worked for Dr. Bales for almost a year. It was having braces herself that inspired her to become a dental assistant. Morgan likes to see how the patients mature and change along with their teeth. It's fascinating to compare the before and after pictures of all the patients.

Tracy

Tracy has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant with Dr. Web site Tracy.jpg Bales for 9 years.She has 8 years previous dental experience. Tracy received her Level II dental assisting diploma from Keewatin Community College and her orthodontic training in Winnipeg. Tracy enjoys her job as the end result is a rewarding smile.

Tracey

Tracey has worked in the dental profession for four years, first as a chair side clinical assistant and now as a Laboratory Technician. Tracey fabricates the various orthodontic appliances including retainers and study models. It is her expertise and eye for detail that makes our patients' appliances comfortable.

Sue

Sue has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 10 years. Durward, Sue.jpg She graduated from Keewatin Community College and received her Orthodontic module at Red River Community College. Sue has just returned to work after her maternity leave. She is very happy to be back with Dr. Bales and his super team! Sue looks forward to seeing her past patients and getting to know her new ones.

Becky

Becky is a Level II Dental Assistant, certified in Orthodontics. She graduated from Red River Community College with honours. Becky joined Dr. Bales' team at the end of 2003. She enjoys interacting with her patients and seeing their smiles transform over the course of treatment.

Donna

Donna is our Business Manager. Donna has 20 years management experience and it is her job to ensure that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Donna has a college diploma in Business Administration from Assiniboine Community College where she graduated with honours. Donna focuses on practice management, community relations and developing new business for the practice.
